WIFT Jour Fixe | Berlin | „Was macht eigentlich…“

Beim Berliner WIFT Jour Fixe im „Max und Moritz“ hatten wir am 28.03.2017 in unserer Reihe „Was macht eigentlich…?“ Anouk van Ghemen, Franziska Wagenfeld und Doris Zander zu Gast, die uns von den Irrungen und Wirrungen der Filmfinanzierung berichteten.

 

Über unsere Gäste:

Anouk van Ghemen studierte „International Economics and Management“ (B.Sc.) an der Bocconi Universität in Mailand. Danach arbeitete sie in Berlin und Paris als Assistentin des Produzenten und der Herstellungsleitung und verantwortete anschließend bei der Film Base Berlin den Bereich Finanzierung. In der Zeit hat sie bei diversen internationalen Filmprojekten mitgewirkt. 2013 hat Anouk „One Four Films“ ins Leben gerufen und ist seitdem als Beraterin für Filmfinanzierung für nationale und internationale Produzenten tätig. Seit 2017 arbeitet sie als Junior Producer bei der Produktionsfirma Amusement Park Film in Berlin. Anouk engagiert sich im Vorstand von Women in Film and Television Germany.

Franziska Wagenfeld is an Australian independent film-producer. For the past three years she was Investment Manager at a Government film funding agency. As an independent film and television producer Franziska’s credits include feature films, documentaries, short films and one-off television dramas. Franziska produced the independent feature film Playing for Charlie, considered by The Age as “one of the most impressive and promising local feature debuts we have seen in a decade”, and coproduced the Australian feature film Irresistible, starring Susan Sarandon, Sam Neill and Emily Blunt. Franziska was Manager of the Victorian branch of Australia’s national film school (AFTRS) and Executive Producer at Open Channel Productions, a not-for-profit screen resource centre. She has lectured in film production at a number of Australian universities including Swinburne University, RMIT University and Victorian College of the Arts School of Film and Television. Originally from West Berlin, Franziska studied filmmaking in San Francisco and has a degree in Sociology. Franziska is currently undertaking a part-time PhD on international co-productions and is included in the Who’s Who of Australian Women. Franziska holds Australian and German dual citizenship.

Doris Zander war zu Beginn ihrer Karriere sechs Jahre Geschäfts­führerin von Hans Rosenthals Produktionsfirma Entertainment Berlin. Im Anschluss daran ging sie zu Studio Hamburg Produktion. Nach Gründung und Tätigkeit als Produzentin und Mitgesell­schafterin der Firma teamWorx Produktion für Kino und Fernsehen kehrte sie 2001 zu Studio Hamburg Produktion mit Sitz in Berlin zurück. Dort leitete sie das Kompetenz-Center LETTERBOX und zeichnete für die Produktion sämtlicher 90-minütiger Fernsehfilme des Hauses verantwortlich. Ab 2006 leitete sie die Aspekt Telefilm-Produktion Berlin, ein Unternehmen der SPIEGEL Gruppe. Doris Zander ist Mitglied im Gesamtvorstand der Produzentenallianz. Seit Oktober 2013 produziert Doris Zander ihre Filme als selbst­ständige Produzentin für BAVARIA-Fernsehproduktion in Berlin. Sie ist mit grosser Freude für das Münchener Unternehmen tätig.
